In order to complete a citizenship, permanent residency or green card application, an immigration physical must be conducted. Immigration physicals must be completed by a registered US Citizens and Immigration Services (USCIS) Designated Civil Surgeon.
Fortunately, Urgent Care of Mercer County has a USCIS Designated Civil Surgeon on staff that is able to perform immigration physicals for any patient in need of one.
At our urgent care center, immigration physicals consist of the following:
- General health screening
- Review of vaccination history & administering any missing vaccines
- Digital X-Ray (if necessary)
- Blood test
- Skin test for TB
The entire examination and all required tests are able to be completed at our on-site lab. Our staff is also able to administer any missing vaccinations and perform chest X-Rays if needed.
